In the first phase, they consume a low-calorie diet for three days. In the 2nd phase, normal food has been consumed for four days. This diet plan has been followed until they gain ideal weight. This diet is also known as an “ice cream diet” or “low calorie” diet.

In a military diet, it is suggested to consume 1100 to 1200 calories for the first 3 days which is half the calories of the average person’s daily diet. For the next 4 days, 1800 calories are consumed. A military diet allows one to eat everything but in the right proportion.
